Blackmagic Design has released version 2.0.0.159 of the Blackmagic Camera app for Android. Now the app is compatible with Samsung’s latest flagship smartphones: the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, alongside the Galaxy Tab S9. Users can download the app on the Google Play Store.

This updated version introduces several improvements, including:

  • The ability to control multiple devices simultaneously with Blackmagic Camera,
  • support for the Samsung S25 family, and
  • Compatibility with select Android tablets.

Major features of Blackmagic app include:

  • Support for the Tilta Nucleus USB device for lens control,
  • Drag-selecting multiple media clips,
  • German user interface, and
  • Improved performance and stability.

Samsung Camera app already have extensive customization options in its Pro and Pro Video modes, which allow users to manipulate various camera settings. Additionally, Galaxy S25 series users can record videos in LOG format and utilize the Expert RAW mode for advanced photography.

For further customization, users can download the Good Lock app along with the Camera Assistant module to adjust the camera app layout to their preferences.
