Samsung has expanded the rollout of the February 2025 security update for the Galaxy A34, now available in the Philippines. The update carries firmware version A346EXXS9CYA2, addresses various privacy and security vulnerabilities identified in earlier software versions.
Initially released in Europe, this update improves the device’s security without introducing One UI 7.0. Users can check for the update by navigating to:
- Settings
- Software update, and
- Selecting Download and install
The Galaxy A34 was launched in 2023 with Android 13 and has since received the Android 14 update. It is expected to receive the Android 15 update in the coming months, along with two more future Android OS updates.
