Galaxy S25 Introduces Now Bar Feature for Sports Fans in One UI 7

Samsung Galaxy S25 series introduced a features new feature called “Now Bar” to enhance the experience of sports fans by providing live updates directly on the device’s lock screen.

Now Bar is an interactive UI element that appears as a pill-shaped icon on the Always On Display and lock screen of the Galaxy S25. This feature delivers real-time information and control options.

During the recent Unpacked event, it was revealed that one of the key features of Now Bar is its integration with Google Sports. This allows users to access live scores and switch between ongoing matches simply by swiping the bar.

The Now Bar also supports various apps and services. Some of them are: Samsung News, Voice Recorder, Clock, Emergency Sharing, Samsung Health, Maps, and Bixby. Samsung may add support for other apps in future software updates.
