Recent leaks suggest that Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 series will maintain pricing for its entry-level models in Europe, despite rising component costs and a new, more expensive chipset.

According to a leak reported by Gizmochina, documents from an anonymous source reveal that the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra will be priced similarly to the Galaxy S24 in the European market.

The Galaxy S25 series will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is reportedly more costly than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Exynos 2400 found in the Galaxy S24 lineup. Despite the increased costs of smartphone components over the past year, Samsung aims to keep the entry-level prices steady. This could also result in lower profit margins compared to the Galaxy S24.

The leak does not provide information on the pricing for storage options, which are expected to see a price increase. In addition to the standard models, the Galaxy S25 series will include a new model, the Galaxy S25 Slim, which may only be available on selected countries.
