Galaxy S25 Ultra 1TB Model Unavailable Through US Carriers

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is now available for pre-order in various storage options, but the 1TB variant is not offered through US carriers!

The Galaxy S25 Ultra can be purchased with 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of internal storage. However, US customers looking for the maximum storage capacity will need to buy the unlocked device directly from Samsung, as the 1TB option is excluded from carrier offerings.

Similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 Ultra does not feature a microSD card slot, which limits storage expansion to cloud services or USB-C flash drives. The 1TB model is priced at $1,659, but Samsung has a limited-time offer bringing the price down to $1,419. Customers with eligible trade-ins could save up to $900 on their purchase.

Samsung Galaxy S25 series also includes a new subscription model called the New Galaxy Club, which offers big buyback value for users upgrading to newer models.
