Samsung has initiated the rollout of the January 2025 security update for the Galaxy S21 FE, enhancing the device’s security with a new firmware version.
The update (firmware version G990USQSEGXL4) is currently available for carrier-locked versions of the Galaxy S21 FE in the USA, specifically for users on AT&T and Dish Wireless networks. This security patch addresses vulnerabilities identified in previous software versions.
