Galaxy S25 Edge May Feature a Hybrid Camera System
Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy S25 Edge, the fourth addition to its Galaxy S25 series, which is ready for release in April 2025. This device will feature a unique hybrid camera system, combining from the Galaxy S25 Ultra and S25+ models.
Rumored to be equipped with a 200MP primary camera paired with a 12MP ultrawide camera, the S25 Edge’s camera setup appears to be a combination of high-performance components from Galaxy S23 and S23+ models.
Additionally, the device is expected to use Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for enhanced display protection.
In the design, the Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be thinner than 6.4mm, feature a titanium frame and a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x display. It will be powered by a trimmed-down version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, with seven CPU cores, alongside a 4,000mAh battery and 25W fast charging.
The reintroduction of the “Edge” branding represents a shift from its original meaning, as the device focuses on a modern design rather than a curved screen.
