Samsung Galaxy S25 series to be unveiled n January 22, 2025, but consumers may face a slight price increase for the devices in select markets. According to a report from FNNews, the price hike is caused by the rising costs of smartphone components and a recent increase in the dollar value against the South Korean won.
Despite Samsung’s efforts to maintain previous pricing levels to stimulate sales, the company found it necessary to adjust the prices due to the increased production costs.
In addition to the Galaxy S25 series, Samsung is also planning to launch more affordable smartphones later this year, including the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56.
