According to a tipster, a 16GB RAM model of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available in 512GB and 1TB storage options. However, the availability will be limited to select Asian countries, including China, India, South Korea, and Vietnam.

In most regions, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature 12GB of RAM across its 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options. And the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S25 series on January 22, 2025. The shipment of these devices expected to begin on February 3 and availability in stores by February 9. The 16GB RAM configuration last seen in the Galaxy S20 Ultra, which was released in 2021.
