Samsung has officially unveiled Galaxy S25 Ultra during the Galaxy Unpacked event. Now all S25 models come equipped with 12GB RAM. However, they also launched a 16GB RAM Galaxy S25 Ultra model, but only in specific countries.

The 16GB RAM model of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available exclusively in China, South Korea, and Taiwan. In China and Taiwan, this exclusive device will only be offered with the 1TB of storage while South Korea will have the standard global options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storages.

The Pricing for this model is as follows:

  • China – 13,699 ¥ (16GB RAM + 1TB)
  • South Korea – Starting at 2,249,500 ₩
  • Taiwan – Starting at 56,900 NT$.

According to Samsung, the 16GB RAM model will not be available in any other countries at launch, and it is less likely to be offered elsewhere later as the company has not previously expanded exclusive devices post-launch.
