According to a recent report from South Korea, Samsung targets to sell 250,000 units of its upcoming dual-folding smartphones.

The dual-folding device Samsung has been showcasing at trade shows features a unique design that allows the screen to fold twice inwards. The dual-folding phone is expected to have a nearly 10-inch screen when fully unfolded.

Samsung plans to produce 200,000 units of this dual-folding smartphone in addition to manufacturing 3 million units of the Galaxy Z Flip 7, 900,000 units of the Galaxy Z Flip FE, and 2 million units of the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

Despite launching four foldable models this year, Samsung does not expect overall sales of its foldable devices to reach the 10 million mark. This comes after the release of the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, of which only 100,000 units were produced. The upcoming dual-folding phone will become a more durable option, as its screen will not be exposed when folded.
