Samsung’s One UI 7.0 Will Introduce Gemini AI Integration in Stock Apps
Screenshots shared by tipster @chunvn888 reveal that Samsung is preparing to enhance its One UI 7.0 with the integration of Google’s Gemini AI into its stock apps: Samsung Calendar, Samsung Notes, and Samsung Reminder.
The leaked screenshots shows voice commands to create events on calendars, Retrieve notes based on brief descriptions, Making and modifying reminders with specific details.
However, there are also some limitations to this integration. Users will not be able to share events, detect overlapping events, create or delete folders, or invite others to notes within Samsung Notes. The Reminders app also lacks the ability to add locations, photos, or checklists.
Samsung plans to roll out the stable version of One UI 7.0 to the Galaxy S24 series next month with the launch of the Galaxy S25 series, and we will be able to see all the features the Gemini AI offers in Galaxy smartphones.
