T-Mobile Activates Starlink Satellite Messaging for Galaxy Smartphones

T-Mobile has begun rolling out satellite messaging for selected Galaxy S24 series smartphone users in the United States. This service allows users to send and receive messages via satellite when cellular reception is unavailable.

This feature is developed in partnership with SpaceX’s Starlink. However, it is still unconfirmed if users can send multimedia files such as images or videos through this service.

Although some users have been granted access to beta test the feature, T-Mobile has not officially notified users about its availability. Smartphones running on beta version of Android 15 with One UI 7.0 do not have access to this feature (currently).
