Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Sets New Pre-Order Records in South Korea
Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series has achieved a new milestone by breaking pre-order records in its home country of South Korea. The company announced that it received a total of 1.3 million pre-orders for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, marking a 7.4% increase from the 1.21 million pre-orders for the Galaxy S24 series last year.
The premium Galaxy S25 Ultra proved to be the most popular choice among consumers, accounting for 52% of all pre-orders. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ represented 26% and 22% of the pre-orders, respectively.
Samsung appears to be focusing on attracting users of the Galaxy S21, S22, and S23 series, as the upgrades compared to the Galaxy S24 series may not be compelling enough for current Galaxy S24 users.
