  1. Open Settings.
  2. Find and tap on Emergency SOS.

Fix 02: Turn Off Double Tap to Turn On Screen

The Double Tap to Wakeup Screen can be a timesaver by allowing you to have quick access to your device. However, it can sometimes cause dialing issues, particularly with emergency numbers like 911. This especially can happen when the phone is in your pocket while the feature is activated.

Fix 05: Do a Factory Data Reset

Therefore, before proceeding with a factory data reset, back up all your data including every important file.

After you have backed up all the data, you can safely do the factory data reset. Here are the steps that you need to follow:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on General management.
