Many users like you have reported this issue, mentioning they cannot see the WiFi calling option turn on.

To use WiFi calling, you need a smartphone that supports this feature (the Samsung Galaxy S21 supports WiFi calling), a stable WiFi connection, and a carrier that supports WiFi calling. If you have these requirements, then all you have to do is follow the fixes we have given below to get back the WiFi calling option.

WiFi calling option can usually be found in the call settings window. If you were looking for the option in another place, then you won’t be able to find it.

Therefore, follow these steps and check if the WiFi calling is available on your device first:

  1. Open the Dialer/Phone app.
  2. Tap on the three vertical dots at the top right corner.
  3. Tap on Settings.

If the WiFi calling option is there, simply tap on the switch next to it to turn it on. If the option is not available, it is either your carrier not supporting the feature, or there is a software glitch causing the feature to be missing. In such cases, continue with the following fixes.

Fix 02: Contact Your Network Provider

Contact the network provider

As we said before, if the WiFi calling option is not visible in your phone settings, it is possible that your carrier not supporting the feature. Each network provider has different services and features that they support, and WiFi calling may not be one of them.

Note: These major providers support WiFi calling inside the US and calls made to the US from outside countries. Select your carrier from the list for more info:

To confirm this, you need to contact your network provider. You can find their contact details on their official website or on the paperwork you received when you signed up for their services.

When you contact them, ask specifically if they support WiFi calling for Samsung Galaxy S21. If they confirm that they do not support it, you will need to consider switching to a carrier that does if WiFi calling is a feature you really need.

On the other hand, if your carrier does support WiFi calling, then the issue lies elsewhere (probably a software glitch). In this case, you should continue with the following fixes in this guide.
