Disable Color Correction via Modes and Routines
Color Correction adjusts the display colors on your phone to make it easier for users with color vision deficiencies (e.g., color blindness) to differentiate colors. It modifies the screen’s color output based on specific predefined modes, such as red-green or blue-yellow filters, which alters how images or videos appear.
- Open Settings app.
- Scroll down and select Modes and Routines.
- Tap Routines and look for any routine that adjusts the display settings.
- Within the routine, locate and tap Adjust Display.
- Toggle off Color Correction and tap Done.
- Recheck your photos in the Gallery app to ensure the issue is resolved.
Restart Your Phone
- Press and hold the power button and volume down button.
- Tap on Restart button.

- Open Google Play Store app.
- Search for Google Photos.
- Tap Install next to Google Photos from search results.
- Once installed, open the app and grant the necessary permissions to access your photos.
